How to apply
Step 1: Application documents and application guidelines will be e-maailed to the partner universities.
Step 2: The person in charge at the sending university must submit the Nomination Sheet by e-mail before the deadline.

Step 3: Nominated students submit the application forms. Once students are nominated for the Exchange Program, please share the link of Application Form with the students. The link will be sent to partner institutions via email with nomination/application forms. Upload all the documents required and complete the application by the deadline.

Selection will be based on a review of submitted documents. An online interview may be required.

*An authorized Japanese or English translation is required if the text is not in Japanese nor English.
*INCOMPLETE applications will NOT be processed. Please fully fill in all required documents.
